Job summary

In this role, you will ensure optimal health for patients transitioning from intensive care. Responsibilities include daily health checks, monitoring medical equipment, and providing patient advocacy. A competitive pay range of $32.28 - $43.58 per hour is offered along with a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000 for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in good standing; Arkansas or compact state license required prior to start.
• 12 months of acute care experience required.
• BLS through the American Heart Association required within 30 days.
• ACLS through the American Heart Association required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Check patients' health status daily and note any changes.
• Care for multiple patients throughout the same shift.
• Monitor patients with life-saving medical equipment.
• Provide a secure environment for patients while advocating for them.
