Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Stepdown RN based in New Jersey. You will monitor patients needing frequent assessment, perform continuous vital sign checks, and respond to evolving conditions with hands-on care.

Job description

As a Stepdown RN, you'll monitor patients who require frequent assessment but who aren't unstable enough to need care in a critical setting. This includes monitoring vital signs, detecting change in patient condition, administering medications, and providing hands‑on care.
