Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Stepdown Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania to monitor patients requiring frequent assessments in a stepdown unit. You will track vital signs, detect changes in condition, administer medications, and provide hands-on care to stabilize patients.
