Ingenovis Health is seeking a qualified Stepdown RN in Texas to monitor patients requiring frequent assessments on a stepdown unit, administer medications, and provide hands-on care in collaboration with a hospital team.

As a Stepdown RN, you'll monitor patients who require frequent assessment but who aren't unstable enough to need care in a critical setting. This includes monitoring vital signs, detecting change in patient condition, administering medications, and providing hands-on care.
