Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Stepdown RN in Georgia (Decatur). You will monitor patients requiring frequent assessment but not in critical condition, track vital signs, detect changes, administer medications, and provide hands-on care.

This position requires an active Georgia RN license and ACLS/BLS certifications. Ingenovis Health, in partnership with UK Kings Daughters via Riverspan, handles onboarding, payroll and benefits while clinicians are integrated with Kings Daughters for scheduling

Qualifications

• Georgia RN license required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Stepdown nursing experience preferred.

As a Stepdown RN, you'll monitor patients who require frequent assessment but who aren't unstable enough to need care in a critical setting. This includes monitoring vital signs, detecting change in patient condition, administering medications, and providing hands-on care.
