Job Description:

STEP/STIBO Application Development / Support Engineer

1. Responsibilities:
   • Enhance and support the STEP application, ensuring timely delivery with quality and minimal bugs.
   • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, XML, SFTP/WINSCP, JSON, and MDM concepts.
   • Understanding of SQL and STIBO is advantageous.
   • Address production support issues promptly, including on-call support.
   • Manage incident and problem management activities.
   • Document requirements and identify areas for improvement.
   • Track open JIRA/GLPI tickets to meet SLAs.
   • Follow SDLC and Agile methodologies.
   • Provide RCA and resolutions within target times.
   • Collaborate effectively with leads and senior developers/support engineers.
   • Assist team members and be self-motivated with self-learning capabilities.
2. Required Skills:
   • Strong experience with STEP/STIBO, Core Java, Spring Boot.
   • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, XML, SQL, MDM concepts.
   • Understanding of SRs.
   • Knowledge of supply chain modules like Merchandising, Inventory, Procurement, Purchasing is helpful.
   • Experience in interface monitoring and error fixing.
   • Awareness of SFTP/MFT/WINSCP processes.
   • Good organizational and prioritization skills.
   • Excellent communication skills.
   • Mandatory STIBO knowledge and experience.
