Viking Electric, part of the Sonepar group, invites applications for the Emerging Professional Program Associate (STEP) in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This 12-month rotational program offers hands-on experience across warehouse operations, sales, project management, marketing, and corporate functions.

You will rotate through key areas, complete impactful projects, and develop leadership-ready skills while building relationships with leaders across Viking Electric and Sonepar.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business/related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable and eager to learn.
• Interest in a career in sales, operations, marketing, or business leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Rotate through warehouse operations, sales, project management, marketing and corporate functions.
