Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide ABA services remotely across the United States. You will supervise junior clinicians, manage caseloads, and contribute to client outcomes with flexible scheduling.

The role emphasizes growth within BK, ongoing CEUs, and a supportive network of clinical leaders who mentor and guide practice. Training is provided to accelerate onboarding and success.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and relevant supervisory experience.
• Ability to provide remote services and manage caseloads.
• Strong communication and ethical practice in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to clients across the USA.
• Supervise and mentor junior clinicians and RBTs.
• Schedule and manage case loads with flexibility.
