Job summary

BK Behavior is a practice built for ABA professionals by ABA professionals. You can set your schedule with any hours or caseload, and work from home anywhere in the USA or provide in-person care in any service state.

New hires receive a two-month paid training, maternity leave, PTO, and ongoing CEUs with clinical support. You’ll join a cohort of 6-8 BCBAs for six months, with strong peer and leadership mentoring across our nationwide network.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to clients, delivering in-person care in service states or remotely from home in the USA.
• Manage caseload flexibly, taking on 3 to 10 cases as needed and coordinating with BK’s clinical leadership.
