About This Role

What You'll Do

• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's Policies and Procedures and applicable laws.
• Serve as a leader of the healthcare team; delegate tasks and demonstrate accountability.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans based on evaluations.
• Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control.
• Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Act as a resource, preceptor, and mentor to new employees and team members.
• Organize work to minimize the use of overtime and assist in system improvements.
