About This Role

The Sp Unit Staff RN provides professional nursing care as a leader of the health care team, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are flexible, demonstrate quality clinical practice, and treat all members of the health care team with dignity and respect.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a leader of the health care team; delegate tasks appropriately.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans based on evaluations.
• Ensure effective discharge planning and patient education.
• Document nursing processes and interventions accurately.
• Discuss patient findings and progress with physicians and team members.
• Maintain a safe environment and adhere to workplace safety principles.
• Provide optimal patient care experiences by actively listening to patients.
