Job summary
Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Rio Rancho, NM, is seeking a registered nurse for our Rust Medical Center step-down unit. Shifts are 12 hours days and new grads may join a Nurse Residency Program designed to support transition into practice.
The unit handles varied adult cases with complex monitoring, requiring proactive, team-driven care and ongoing collaboration with physicians and specialists.
Qualifications
- BLS certification required at time of hire.
- Registered Nurse license in NM or Compact State.
Responsibilities
- Care for adult patients on a step-down Progressive Care Unit.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to monitor, intervene and educate patients and families.
