Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale, West Virginia, is seeking a registered nurse for inpatient care. You will deliver professional nursing care, develop and evaluate care plans, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS within 30 days, and less than 12 months of RN experience; a BSN is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with typical 36-hour weeks within WVUHS.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse license for the state of practice or multi-state license via eNLC.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire date.
• Less than 12 months of RN experience.
• BSN degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process and independent clinical judgment.
• Create and implement care plans with assessment, diagnoses, interventions, and evaluations.
• Maintain patient safety and continuity of care through documentation and handoff tools.
• Deliver patient education tailored to learning needs and cultural considerations.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to support patient-centered care and quality outcomes.
