Qualifications

• Current RN licensure and experience in intermediate/step-down or similar settings.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and bedside assessment skills.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage multiple patient needs.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient condition continuously and perform frequent assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments per clinical protocols.
• Coordinate care with physicians, ICU/ward teams, and other members of the care staff.
• Identify changes in patient status and escalate concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Provide compassionate patient and family education and support.
