Job summary

Froedtert Health in Wisconsin seeks a Staff RN for an inpatient unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adults in an inpatient setting, working with a supportive team to provide high-quality care.

Requires current Wisconsin RN license or multi-state license; BLS is required within 90 days and ACLS within one year. BSN preferred with opportunities for growth within the network.

Qualifications

• Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice required to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Non-BSN nurses hired will be enrolled in BSN within 15 months of hire; degree must be completed within 5 years (6 years if MSN/DNP/PhD).
• Requires Wisconsin RN license or multi-state license via NLC.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider required within 90 days; ACLS within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of inpatient patients.
• Demonstrate competency in delivering care to an adult population.
• Follow ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice; perform other duties as assigned.
