Viking Electric's STEP Program (Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals) is a 12-month rotational development program designed for recent college graduates who want hands-on experience, sales focused professional development, and exposure to multiple business functions across the electrical distribution industry.

As a STEP Associate, you'll rotate through key areas of the business including warehouse operations, sales, project management, marketing, and corporate functions while building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Interest in a career within sales, operations, marketing, or business leadership.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through key areas: warehouse operations, sales, project management, marketing and corporate functions.
