Job summary

OneSource Distributors is seeking candidates for its STEP program, a 12-month rotational development program located on-site in San Leandro, CA. You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales/Specialty tracks while gaining hands-on experience across operations, sales, procurement, and e-commerce.

The program emphasizes mentorship, cross-functional exposure, and practical training with travel and residency experiences, preparing you for leadership roles within the Sonepar group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, supply chain, engineering, sales, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Self-starter with strong communication and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• 12-month rotational program with core rotations in Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Participate in team-building activities and all-expense-paid travel to different company locations.
• Gain exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and our USA operating companies’ business philosophy.

The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP) is a ( 12-Month ) dynamic, intensive rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging professionals and help establish your career. You will get hands on experience in every aspect of our business through on-the-job, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips. This rotational program includes exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the Sonepar USA and our Operating Companies’ business philosophy. At the conclusion of this dynamic program, you will have the opportunity to present to our Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable team player

Location – This role will be located on-site at our San Leandro, CA location

Salary – This is an exempt role and it will pay an annual base salary of $70,304.00 - $72,384.00.
