An active Illinois Professional Educator License with a STEM, Math or Science endorsement, ensuring you’re ready to serve students with a wide range of abilities.

Educational Experience

A Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field from an accredited college or university, providing a strong foundation in effective teaching practices.

Instructional Expertise

A deep understanding of instructional principles, learning theories, assessment practices, and evidence-based strategies that help students thrive academically and developmentally.

Communication

The ability to communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism – building trust with students, families, and colleagues.

A collaborative mindset that allows you to build positive working relationships across classrooms, teams, and the broader school community.
