Warner Pacific University is seeking a half-time (0.5 FTE) coordinator for the School of Education to build and sustain STEM grant partnerships, manage student records, and support the Summer STEM Academy and STEM Hub initiatives. This non-exempt role reports to the Associate Dean of the School of Education.

The position emphasizes collaboration with district partners, teachers, and diverse student populations, with a focus on program articulation and data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, education, educational administration, or teaching credential.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with diverse populations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and operate the annual Summer STEM Academy.
• Coordinate the K-12, community college, and Urban STEM Studies Hub partnerships.
• Maintain Memoranda of Understanding and articulation logistics; track outreach outcomes.
