A community-focused educational organization is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher for Before and/or after-school programs in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will implement STEM-based activities, manage classroom behavior, and ensure compliance with child development standards. Candidates should possess a High School diploma and have experience working with elementary students. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with elementary-aged children.
• Certification or eligibility for OCDEL certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate STEM activities and provide homework assistance.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with the Site Director and other staff members.
