Job summary

Hive of Thinkrs in South Miami, FL is seeking passionate STEM Instructors to teach Robotics, Coding, Minecraft, or Math to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. You will guide hands-on, project-based activities that spark curiosity and confidence.

No prior teaching experience is required, but enthusiasm for STEM education and the ability to engage diverse learners is essential. Afternoon and weekend availability is a plus, and you’ll join a dynamic, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Passion for STEM education and working with children.
• Knowledge or expertise in Robotics, Coding, Minecraft, or Math.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Prior teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Flexibility to work afternoons and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and hands-on STEM lessons in Robotics, Coding, Minecraft, or Math.
• Guide students through project-based learning activities, ensuring understanding and enjoyment.
• Create a positive and encouraging learning environment for all students.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure high-quality education.
