• Role focuses on improving instruction through data-driven coaching.
• Experience with curriculum implementation and instructional practices.
• Ability to support growth in student achievement and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Work weekly one-on-one and in small groups to plan and unpack lessons from curriculum materials.
• Facilitate curriculum planning, development, and revision for courses within the department.
• Model best practices through demonstration lessons, peer observation, and PD sessions.
• Build teacher capacity to interpret and use a range of assessment tools to plan lessons.
• Meet weekly with Principal and leadership to analyze data and plan PD.
• Monitor progress toward school-wide achievement goals.
• Collaborate to prioritize supports for new teachers.
• Other duties as assigned by the High School Principal or designee.
