Job summary

Snapology of Harvard is hiring enthusiastic, reliable STEAM instructors for Fall 2026 programs. Classes begin in late September and take place at schools and community locations throughout the area.

You will lead or assist hands-on STEM activities for children ages 5–12, guiding robotics, LEGO building, coding, and engineering while maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment. Commitment to a full class series is expected; bonuses apply.

Qualifications

• Experience leading groups of children in classroom settings.
• Ability to commit to a full weekly class series.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to program locations.
• Willingness to pass CORI background check and complete safety training.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist hands-on STEAM programs for children ages 5–12.
• Guide students through robotics, LEGO building, and STEM challenges.
• Create a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment.
• Prepare for classes through training and curriculum review.
• Communicate professionally with Snapology staff, school partners, and families.
• For Lead Instructors: prepare, transport, and organize program materials.
