The position requires a Master’s in Education and 4+ years of experience, with the ability to travel and work nonstandard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education and 4 years or relevant experience are required.
• Master’s Degree in STEM Education or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PD for PreK–12 staff on STEM-based OST curricula.
• Help leaders create OST structures aligned with schools.
• Develop hands-on, inquiry-based NM standards-aligned curricula.
• Collect and analyze program data for improvements.
