Job summary

The Dayton Regional STEM School seeks an effective and creative Middle School teacher to join the faculty for the 2026-2027 school year. The curriculum will include collaboratively designed project-based learning units that connect to multiple disciplines and real-life issues.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree by August 1, 2026 and a teaching license or alternative license by that date, plus outstanding communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver course instruction for middle school students – 75%.
• Collaborate with other teachers to develop and refine content & materials for courses – 20%.
• Participate in various meetings (including IEPs, conferences, etc.) and professional development opportunities – 5%.
