City of Hope is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Stem Cell/ Cellular Therapy team for full-time night shifts (7p–7a) in Newnan, GA. The role includes assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care across malignant hematology and stem cell transplantation, with supervision of Patient Care Technicians.

Candidates must have 1–3 years in cellular therapy, BSN or be enrolled, and Georgia RN licensure with BLS and ACLS.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Cellular Therapy (Stem Cell Transplant) or equivalent.
BSN required or enrolled within 6 months of hire and completed within three years.
Georgia RN license or compact-state license.
BLS certification required; ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
ONS BMTCN or equivalent certification preferred or required.

Responsabilités

Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care for patients across malignant hematology and stem cell transplantation.
Direct care by Patient Care Technicians and other team members.
Adhere to infection-control and patient privacy policies.
Communicate effectively with peers to resolve conflicts.
Onboard new employees.
Delegate tasks per Georgia Nurse Practice Act.
Document nursing care, implants, and specimens accurately.
Collaborate with other disciplines.
Maintain competencies and pursue professional growth.
Complete additional duties as assigned.
