Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current BLS certification required; transplant/ cellular therapy knowledge preferred.
• Experience in acute care within the past year is highly valued.
• Banner National/Travel experience a plus and commitment to ongoing education.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient physical, emotional and discharge needs and plan care accordingly.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care, delegating to team members as needed.
• Document care plans and patient responses in the medical record.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality initiatives.
• Provide patient and family education and support throughout treatment.
