Job summary

Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking a Stem Cell Registered Nurse to join the ICU-Oncology-Hosp unit. You will provide specialized nursing care for oncology and stem cell patients, participate in treatment plans, and collaborate with MD Anderson Cancer Center partners.

Experience in oncology or stem cell nursing, BSN preferred; full-time day or night shifts, 12-hour rotations, night differential, and weekend differential where applicable.

Qualifications

Current RN license in state of practice and BLS certification.
Stem Cell Transplant/Cellular Therapy nursing preferred.
Experience in acute care within past 12 months preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess and plan patient care per unit standards.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for patient goals.
Deliver direct nursing care and supervise care by other staff.
Document and evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
Promote evidence-based nursing practices and education for staff.
