Qualifications

• RNA isolation, reverse transcription, and quantitative PCR.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct a portion of the research project; propose experimental design.
• Perform complex experiments to gather data for major projects.
• Interpret and analyze results; modify procedures accordingly.
• Develop new research protocols when literature is silent or needs adaptation.
• Oversee budget and supervise staff or students as needed.
