This Inside Sales Assistant will support day-to-day sales activities, including outreach, webinars, and managing prospects. We aim to empower our team to excel and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with sales, healthcare communities, and problem-solving with teamwork.
  • Train practices on StellaLife products via webinars.
  • Demonstrate communication, project management, and strategic messaging skills.
  • Understand and promote dental/medical field sales and analytics.
  • Stay informed about dentistry and sales trends.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capture audience attention and succeed in sales efforts.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal skills.
  • Generate new sales opportunities via inbound and outbound outreach.
  • Qualify opportunities and route to sales team.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage contacts and campaigns.
  • Handle daily sales tasks and maintain records.
  • Support sales and marketing with product launches and training.
Requirements
  • Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills.
  • At least 10 hours/week to start, with potential to become full-time.
  • High-speed internet (50Mbps+) and a recent computer (2021 or newer preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot), Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Suite.
  • Vehicle with insurance for local visits.
  • Based in the U.S.
