This enthusiastic Inside Sales Assistant is responsible for the effective and successful support of day-to-day sales activities, including delivering StellaLife Live Learning training webinars and managing prospects. Responsibilities:

  • An affinity for the sales, spreadsheets, and healthcare communities. Good at problem-solving with a teamwork approach.
  • A portfolio of work that demonstrates communications, project management, versatility, strategic messaging/thinking
  • Solid understanding and enthusiasm for dental/medical field needs/requirements, promotions, analytics, best practices
  • A desire to learn more about the continuously changing role of dentistry
  • Confidence in your ability to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-moving workplace
  • A proven ability to grab the attention of your audience
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Utilize the HubSpot CRM system and manage contacts through tasks, emails, and notes. Sending E-drip Campaigns.
  • Effectively and successfully managing day-to-day sales tasks, including creating and maintaining sales records.
  • Provide inside sales services - presentations/webinars, create/manage spreadsheets, educate practices.
  • Assist sales and marketing with launching new products to scheduling and delivering StellaLife Live Learning training

Requirement:

  • Strong communication, organizational, project management, and time management skills. Sales skills is a plus
  • 10+ hours per week to start – can grow to full-time for the right candidate
  • High internet speed of at least 50Mbps for download
  • Proficiency in technology and tools: CRM (HubSpot), Zoom, Microsoft Suite (i.e., Excel), Google Suite & Drive, etc
  • A personal computer that is 2021 or newer (Apple preferred)
  • U.S. based

Position : 1099 part-time

  • Location : Continental US (remote)
  • Experience : 2+ years of operations or program or project management
  • Compensation : $20-$24/hour (depending on experience), no medical/dental insurance
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Development : Onboarding with significant leadership, operations, technology, and product training.
