Lead the Product Development Team for steering system components.
Manage design, release, and integration of steering components into GM systems.
Complete program ICDs, DFMEAs, and Peer Reviews on time.
Oversee pre-production builds and ensure test readiness.
Drive design validation using analytical tools (FEA, modal analysis, virtual builds).
Identify root causes of design issues and implement solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional activities with purchasing, manufacturing, and supplier quality teams.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
