Job summary

Bosch Vehicle Motion North America is seeking an engineering intern to support the Virtual Vehicle Testing and CAE teams in Michigan. The role focuses on software-driven testing, simulations, and data analysis for vehicle dynamics and safety systems.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Automotive Engineering with strong fundamentals and hands-on project experience using Matlab/Simulink, CarSim, and Abaqus/Ansys.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
• Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
• Understanding of Mechanical/Electrical fundamentals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Steering System Hardware-in-Loop team with test support and chamber prep.
• Support Steering CAE team with mechanical simulations.
• Document and maintain technical product data and procedures.
• Assist with/Develop Testing scripts utilizing Matlab, Simulink, and CarSim.
• Assist/Develop Data analysis scripts utilizing MATLAB or dSPACE Automation desk.
• Assist with/Develop a Virtual Vehicle Environment.
