Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants seeks a RoofField Inspector to join our network of independent contractors. You will perform roof inspections on steep and high roofs, assess exterior and interior damage, and conduct underwriting property inspections using modern tools.

Strong safety, professionalism, and empathy for insureds are essential. A reliable vehicle and 32' ladder are required, with lidar and mobile device access as a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting and carrying at least a 32’ ladder.
• Must have a Lidar device or the ability to obtain one (e.g. iPad Pro/iPhone 12 Pro or greater)
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook and Teams
• HAAG Certification is a plus
• The ability to get any required certifications or credentials to become a part of our contractor pool

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on steep and high roofs.
• Evaluate exterior and interior damage for underwriting property inspections.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology to assess property damage and guide repairs.
• Work as part of Hancock Claims Consultants' independent contractor network.
