Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking RoofField Inspectors to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. You will assess steep and high roofs, inspect exterior and interior damage, and conduct underwriting property inspections using cutting-edge technology.

This contractor role emphasizes safety, professionalism, attention to detail, and empathy when assisting insured clients. Roofing backgrounds are a plus but not required, and contractors must be able to obtain necessary

Qualifications

• Must provide a reliable vehicle capable of carrying a 32' ladder.
• Lidar-equipped device or ability to obtain one (e.g. iPad Pro/iPhone 12 Pro+).
• Proficient with MS Office apps including Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on steep and high roofs.
• Evaluate exterior and interior damage for claims.
• Perform underwriting property inspections as part of our contractor network.
