Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants seeks RoofField Inspectors to join a nationwide network of independent contractors. Inspect steep/high roofs, assess exterior and interior damage, and support underwriting property inspections using modern tech.

Ideal candidates bring safety awareness, strong customer service, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Roofing/construction or insurance-claims backgrounds are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely navigate and inspect steep/high roofs.
• Demonstrated ability to perform inspections under varied weather conditions.
• Strong customer service and empathetic communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with professional conduct.
• Experience or interest in roofing/construction and insurance claims a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on steep and high roofs, exterior and interior damage assessments.
• Perform underwriting property inspections using field tech tools.
• Communicate findings clearly to insureds and clients.
• Support claims process with accurate documentation and photos.
