Qualifications
Proficient in conducting FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis).
Minimum of 2 years engineering experience in a relevant field.
Working knowledge of RCFA, cause mapping, and Kaizen problem-solving methodologies.
Responsibilities
Provide engineering support for the maintenance team.
Facilitate Root Cause Analysis of equipment failures.
Initiate solutions for repeat equipment failures and unplanned downtime.
