Qualifications
5+ years heavy industrial or manufacturing experience, preferably in steel making.
Reliability-centered maintenance experience.
Knowledge of maintenance standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Drive ARMP initiatives including KPIs tracking and outage scheduling.
Manage CMMS Coordinator and Reliability Engineer.
Maintain maintenance-focused KPIs for the facility.
Ensure safety compliance in all maintenance activities.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics
