Qualifications

• 5+ years heavy industrial or manufacturing experience, preferably in steel making.
• Reliability-centered maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive ARMP initiatives including KPIs tracking and outage scheduling.
• Manage CMMS Coordinator and Reliability Engineer.
• Maintain maintenance-focused KPIs for the facility.
• Ensure safety compliance in all maintenance activities.

Skills

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks

Ability to collaborate effectively with others

Ensuring accuracy in maintenance tasks

Adhering to safety regulations and procedures

Prior experience in a maintenance or engineering role

Education
