• Lead design on high-impact trade show and experiential projects — from concept through execution

• Translate feedback and business goals into designs that are both stunning and strategic
• Work side-by-side with other top-tier creatives in a studio setting where ideas move fast and inspiration flows

What You Bring

• 5+ years of exhibit or experiential design experience - Industry experience is required (trade shows, live events, or experiential marketing preferred)
• A portfolio that blends creativity, strategy, and execution at a senior level
• Mastery of design tools like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Adobe CC, AutoCAD, etc.
• Experience presenting to clients and leading design conversations
• Passion for collaboration, growth, and doing work that moves people

What You’ll Earn

Steelhead offers a competitive compensation package for the Senior Exhibit Designer role :

• Base Salary : $85,000 – $95,000 annually, based on experience and portfolio strength
• Incentive Program : Quarterly and annual bonuses tied to innovation, sustainability, and creative impact — with opportunities to earn up to $2,000+
