Labor Finders in Newnan, GA is seeking an experienced Estimator / Steel Project Coordinator to review drawings, perform takeoffs, and prepare accurate estimates for structural and miscellaneous steel projects. This full-time role supports bids, pricing, and proposals, coordinating with customers and team members while maintaining detailed estimating records.

A remote-ready candidate with steel project experience and strong math, Excel, and Bluebeam skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction estimating is preferred; 1 year preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong math, computer, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet, telephone, and dedicated workspace required.

Location: Newnan
Pay:$20.00–$30.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Job Type:Full-Time
