Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor training status and identify needs of personnel.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with line Schedulers.
