Responsibilities include mentoring staff, managing inventory, facilitating continuous improvement projects, and coordinating with various teams to meet production targets. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in manufacturing and management.

The expected salary range is $121,000 - $155,000 annually, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Manufacturing Engineering or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of experience in a supervisory or people management role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor training status and identify needs of personnel in department.
• Develop effective relationships with customers.
• Lead efforts to troubleshoot quality and productivity problems.
