Job summary

Minerals Technologies Inc. is seeking a Steel Mill Service Representative to maintain and repair equipment, troubleshoot, and support operations at our Cambridge, OH site. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong technical/mechanical skills, and the ability to communicate in English.

Occasional travel and on-call responsibilities may apply. You will perform preventive maintenance, read diagrams, operate the Minscan system, and assist with administrative tasks and inventory

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in equipment operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all equipment (Minscan, guns, feeders, pumps, motors).
• Read schematics and diagrams; keep equipment clean and in working order.
• Assist in inventory tracking and reduce consumable usage.
• Train new employees and promote safety awareness.
• Lead by example with policy compliance and standard operating procedures.
