Qualifications

• Proven experience in steel fabrication, welding, and blueprint reading.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials in a physical work environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform steel fabrication and welding tasks according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including organizing materials and inventory.
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed.
• Perform local deliveries using company vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
