Job summary

Nutting/Acco, Inc. in Watertown, SD, is looking for a Steel Fabricator to join our 100% fabrication team. This is a regular full-time position with a four-ten-hour-day schedule, Monday through Thursday, offering three-day weekends when overtime is not scheduled.

Responsibilities include setting up, programming and operating machines to produce quality parts per engineering drawings and BOMs. Candidates must read tape measures, lift up to 50 lbs, operate forklifts and overhead cranes, and follow

• Ability to read engineering drawings and bill of materials.
• Set up, program, and operate machines to produce quality parts per drawings.
• Read a tape measure accurately and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Operate forklift and overhead cranes as required.
• Follow safety policies per Employee Handbook.
• Willing to train the right person; experience helpful but not required.

Steel Fabricator

STEEL FABRICATOR

If you want to have 3 day weekends off every week providing overtime is not scheduled, then this job is for you. This is a schedule of four ten hour days. Working Monday through Thursday.

• Reports to Steel Fab. Lead man
• Position will be 100% steel fabricating
• Willing to train the right person. Experience is helpful but not a requirement

• Required to set up, program, and operate assigned machines to produce quality parts per Engineering Drawings.
• Must be able to read and understand Engineering drawings and bill of material.
• Use power hand tools as required
• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Operate forklift as required
• Operate over head cranes and hoists as required
• Read and understand safety policies per Employee Handbook
• Required to work overtime as schedule
