Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Harmarville is hiring Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts to perform hands-on steel fabrication tasks on the production floor, including operating a hydraulic steel shear, moving heavy sheets, and using a forklift.

No prior shear or steel experience is required; training starts day one. The role offers a steady Monday–Thursday schedule with Friday shifts, potential overtime, raises, and bonuses as you prove reliability and skill.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math, read work orders, and stay in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance with a long-term commitment.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a hydraulic steel shear.
• Move steel sheets to machines by hand, crane, or magnet.
• Inspect finished sheets with precision measuring tools.
• Package finished materials with air-powered banding tools.
• Move raw and finished steel using a forklift.
• Record production, print tags, and follow work orders with basic computer/calculator skills.
