Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or steel fabrication preferred but not required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Familiar with hand tools, grinders, and material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize steel parts before and after fabrication.
• Support welders by moving, positioning, and holding materials during welding and assembly.
• Remove slag, spatter, and debris from welded parts to ensure a smooth finish.
• Operate basic hand and power tools to grind, deburr, or prepare materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring materials and tools are properly stored.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials for production.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
