Cajun Industries, LLC is seeking an Iron Worker with knowledge of basic welding, rigging, and flame cutting to work in our plant operations or construction sites in Texas. The role requires the ability to use pneumatic tools, understanding safe loads and wire rope basics, and familiarity with hand signals and chokers sizing.

Knowledge of layout formulas and the magnetic drill is essential, with safety at heights a must.

Qualifications

• Experience with welding, rigging, and flame cutting.
• Ability to operate pneumatic tools.
• Knowledge of safe loads and wire rope basics.
• Familiarity with basic hand signals and chokers sizing.
• Understanding of layout formulas and use of a magnetic drill.
• Safety knowledge when working at heights.

Responsabilités

• Erect and connect steel at and above grade elevations.
• Practice proper rigging technique.
• Use proper hand signals to flag cranes.
• Assist other craft workers as needed.
