Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented forklift operator to move and prepare steel beams, ensuring accuracy and safety in the fabricating process. You will use forklifts and manual handling to stage materials, inspect equipment, and support production lines.

The role requires reading blueprints, measuring with tape, and following precise instructions while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Weekend shifts may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measurement and blue prints is required.
• Basic English required; must follow written and oral instructions.
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Must meet physical requirements and pass safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Stack or move steel products up to 75 lbs using forklift.
• Operate heavy equipment in beam area (forklifts, machinery).
• Break down bundles and load on holding table.
• Prepare beams and measure length before cutting to spec.
• Move beams to feed into punch and conveyors; monitor quality.
