• Deliver rigorous instruction using Rocketship’s curriculum and adapt to meet student needs.
• Analyze student data to inform planning and instruction.
• Collaborate with coach to refine teaching practice.
• Partner with families to support student success.
• Support Social‑Emotional Learning (SEL) in the classroom.
• Participate in weekly coaching and professional development.
